How do I login? – Kelvin
Great news, Kelvin provides three ways to login:
- Passwordless - enter email and receive a unique code to access your account.
- Email + Password - Use the “Forgot Password?” option to set your password.
- Social Logins (Google & Microsoft) - If the email you are registered with is an exact match to your Google or Microsoft login, then you can login using that account.
Passwordless Instructions

| - Enter your email address into Cozy at https://cozy.kel.vin, then a one-time passcode input appears. - The email address needs to be the same email address used for your original account invitation. |

You will get a passcode to your inbox whether or not you have an account, so if you enter a passcode but it keeps taking you back to the email prompt, then that likely means you don’t have an active account and need to get one created for you. |
