There are three login methods: passwordless, email + password, and social login. Below are instructions on the various login methods.

Passwordless Instructions:
Enter your email address Note: Email address must be the same as the one used for original account invitation
Go to your email inbox to find the verification code Important: You will get a passcode whether you have an account or not. If you enter the passcode and it keeps taking you back to the email prompt, this means that you don’t have an active account and need to get one created for you. To do so, please reach out to support@kel.vin
Enter the code and click “Continue,” and that will take you to your account!
Email + Password Instructions
Select “Switch to Email + Password”
Enter your email Note: Email must be the same as the one used for original account invitation
Set up your password by selecting “Forgot Password?”
Check your inbox to find a “Reset your password” email
Click “Confirm” in the email
Enter your new password twice, and finally, click on “Reset Password”
Go back to the previous login page and enter your email and new password
Click “Continue” and you should be led to your Cozy account!
Social Logins (Google & Microsoft) Instructions
You can use this option if the email you are registered with is an exact match to your Google or Microsoft login
Click on the respective icon
Another window will launch for you to log into those platforms
Login as you normally would with those accounts, and you’re all set!
