We’ll conduct an energy savings analysis using data pulled from your utility bills.

We’ll survey your building(s) to determine how many devices you would need to meet your goals.

From here, you can sit back and relax while we procure incentives and install the equipment!

Step 3:

50% - 75% off Heat Pumps

NYSERDA’s Clean Heat for All initiative has approved a $10 million fund (PON 6037) covering 50% -75% off heat pumps in multifamily buildings.

Partner with Kelvin and we will apply on your building’s behalf. Funding is first come, first served, and applications close June 2027.
